The incident is now considered resolved. We’d like to provide more details regarding the recent incident. An issue with our concurrency management system triggered a cascading reaction, resulting in an extended period of downtime overnight. This issue was complex, requiring several hours to fully resolve. Additionally, because most of our team operates within European time zones, our response time was unfortunately delayed. We are taking concrete steps to prevent similar incidents in the future, including: • Expanding our operations team with on-call staff across multiple time zones to ensure quicker response times. • Migrating to a more robust and redundant cloud architecture to enhance system stability.
