SCORM Cloud experienced an issue causing a portion of launch requests to go unfulfilled over the morning hours of 3-10-2023. This was caused by a delay between our load balancer adding a server to the server pool, and that server obtaining its "permission to launch" value from our configuration cluster. During this delay, launch requests going to this server would fail to fulfill the request. This resulted in some launches presenting a blank page to the end user. Notably, only newly spun up servers had this issue. The existing server pool continued to function normally. We have since released a fix for this issue. New servers coming online have resumed accepting and processing launches immediately.
