  1. identified Apr 09, 2024, 04:13 PM UTC

We have identified an issue with our main DNS registrar, causing slow or failed DNS resolution for all scorechain.com domains. This might affect your ability to access our application and API smoothly. Temporary Solution: If you urgently need access and are comfortable making system changes, you can temporarily override your DNS settings by modifying your /etc/hosts file with the following entries: 46.22.203.16 app.scorechain.com 46.22.203.16 api.scorechain.com 46.22.203.16 connect.scorechain.com Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue.
