School Cloud Systems experienced a notice incident on March 24, 2021 affecting Web App, lasting 29m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We have identified an issue with the transfer of classes in Parents Evening when running syncs with certain Management Systems. Whilst we investigate this we have temporarily turned off the ability to run those syncs. Another update will be posted here at 09:30 (or earlier if this is resolved). Please note that this does not affect any existing bookings.
