The underlying provider we use for providing video calls, Twilio, is reporting an issue causing all video calls to not connect. More details can be found on the Twilio status page: https://status.twilio.com/incidents/rcbm2q15rlkl As a workaround, the built-in chat can still be utilised which does not utilise Twilio.
