    Please be aware that we are currently experiencing some issues with our Room Booking and Parents Meetings products: Room Booking is currently working as expected but we have experienced some performance issues which have now been resolved. Stability is being monitored Parents Meetings SSO Authentication is currently unavailable - Workaround is to utilise "Username/Password" authentication in the interim whilst this is being investigated by our internal teams We apologise for any disruption this is causing you

    Please be aware that we are currently experiencing some issues with our Room Booking and Parents Meetings products following the maintenance on Tuesday. Room Booking performance is being is being monitored due to previous issues to ensure stability. Room Booking, Parents Meeting, Meet the Teacher and Clubs & Events SSO Authentication is currently unavailable for LDAP customers Room Booking SSO Authentication is currently unavailable for SAML customers A workaround is to utilise "Username/Password" authentication in the interim whilst this is being investigated by our internal teams. Syncing all systems to your MIS is not working with the exception of iSAMs Please retry the SIMs extract tool if you utilise this functionality We are extremely sorry for the disruption and we are working on this as our highest priority
