    Between 1:43pm and 2:09pm PDT we observed intermittent outages of our NLP module. These outages tended to last for less than 1min before the services were automatically restarted and became available again. The frequency of intermittent outages fluctuated between 1 and 7 minutes. The situation impacted our runtime and design time (chat preview and certain functions in the build tab). The platform has stabilized after 2:09 PDT and has been fully operational for 30min since then. We are closely monitoring our services and investigating the root cause of these intermittent NLP service outages. Until the root cause is identified and fixed, your users may experience bots to be temporarily unresponsive, in case the situation reoccurs.
