    Dear users, We have recorded an outage on /dialog and /request endpoint between 4:11 AM CET and 4:17 AM CET. During this outage, all user bots were unresponsive. The platform functionality is back to normal. We are conducting the root cause analysis of this incident to prevent it from re-occuring. We apologize for the inconvenience.
