Root Cause Analysis: Analysis and Intelligence were intermittently unavailable. Users received errors when attempting to log into reporting or run reports; if already logged in, users were logged out. The cause of this disruption was related to OPI-63760 and remains under investigation with our vendor. To restore the service, the servers were restarted. Once our vendor identifies the root cause, we will work with them on any preventive measures.
