    Root Cause Analysis: Secure File Transport was unavailable for a subset of clients. Users may have experienced FTP transmission failures for SAE files due to connectivity issues with st.concursolutions.com. The cause of this disruption was due to configuration issues within the internal infrastructure of the environment. To resolve this issue, the configuration was updated. We have initiatives in place to further standardize our production environment.
