GB/EU SMS Service Interruption

We are monitoring an ongoing service interruption for GB/EU SMS reported by one of our our third-party providers. We remain closely engaged with our third-party provider as they work toward full resolution. As a result of mitigations applied, we are seeing partial recovery for newly submitted messages across a number of affected regions. Some customers may continue to experience impact while our mitigation work is ongoing. Previously queued messages will be delivered once service is fully restored.
