All systems operational again. Reason was preparation for a future feature that slowed down the database after running smoothly for a couple of days.

We're using renown caching service Cloudflare and their services are having issues (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com). We switched our backend to a standby instance and are waiting for Cloudflare to fully be online again before switching back. SafeNow was fully operational again after about 15 minutes.

SafeNow alerts not working. We have a problem with our Redis caching and that impacts client authentication with our services. We are actively looking into the issue.

We experience the SafeNow App and the SafeNow Partner App not loading groups successfully. Sending alerts might be impacted as well! We're looking int the problem and will keep you posted.

Problem solved after switching to our standby backup system. Technical analysis with our hosting partners is ongoing as of why this happened.
