Chat Service dropping connections. Users receiving "502 Bad Gateway"
Ryver experienced a minor incident on January 27, 2017, lasting 20m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are investigating a chat server issue that appears to be a short-term problem.

Chat connections seem to be resuming at full capacity now. The degraded performance took place between 2:18pm PST and 2:28pm PST. If you were not interacting with your Ryver client during that window, you may return to find a 502 Bad Gateway error message. You should be able to dismiss that and continue.

Confirmed all systems fully operational. No new customer reports of issues since initial incident.
