The vendor we use for displaying embedded images appears to be having issues, with requests for images returning a "503 Temporarily Unavailable" message. We have created a support ticket with them and are waiting for feedback.

We are not seeing any evidence of issues with embeds anymore, but are still working with that vendor to see if there was a known issue.
