    We're not going to sugar coat it. The chat server outage at Noon PST today was just plain user error. It wasn't due to server load or anything of that nature. We inadvertently stopped the production chat service. After a few minutes, we realized what happened and it then took a few more minutes to initiate the process to bring it back up properly. Our apologies for the 10 minute or so outage!
