At about 12 Noon yesterday, we noticed that customers could not log in to the Rystad Client Portal. We are currently investigating this issue. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.

Login functionality has been fully restored. The issue was related to the authentication integration between the Client Portal and backend services. A corrective fix has been deployed and validated. Service performance and availability are now within normal operating thresholds. We will conduct a post-incident review to prevent recurrence.
