AWS has reported an increase in error rates and latencies in accessing several AWS services in the US-EAST-1 region where BHN Rewards application is hosted. This has impacted our ability to service API requests and integrations. You may see increased errors while accessing our API or while using our integrations. AWS has identified the root cause as an issue with AWS Lambda service and is working towards a resolution. We will provide an update as soon as we hear from AWS on a resolution
