    We were able to temporarily “fix” Runalyze.com; unfortunately, the outage at our provider is affecting the background processes responsible for importing and processing the data. We have to wait until the outage at our provider is resolved.

    Our provider fixed the internal networking issue. Import runs normal again. If you are missing an activity file you need to manually import it or use a historical import.

    We were still experiencing some after-effects from the temporary fixes. These should now be resolved.
