We have been made aware of the RU.COM SLD namespace being offline due to an unforeseen error at the Registry. We have not been given an ETA of when this will be resolved but all domain names in the RU.COM namespace will remain offline until the Registry confirms resolution. An update will be posted here when more information is known behind the outage/resolution to the outage.

We have been informed that the issue has now been resolved. Domain names in the RU.COM zone may take up to an hour to start resolving but we have tested the domain and can see it fully resolving. Should anyone have ongoing issues, please contact support for assistance.
