Microsoft have alerted us as below: Users may be unable to access their mailbox via Outlook, Outlook on the web, or other connection methods. More info: Users may see the "Something went wrong" error page when trying to connect. If users are able to access the service, they may be unable to send or receive email. Additionally, users may experience impact with other services: - Users may be unable to complete searches when using SharePoint Online. - Users may be unable to view their calendar or complete searches in Microsoft Teams. Current status: We're continuing to route traffic to alternative mailbox handling infrastructure to mitigate impact. We're seeing an improvement in service health and will continue to monitor until the issue is fully resolved. Incident number: EX226193
