    Microsoft have made us aware that users may be unable to access email using Outlook on the web. Microsoft are still investigating the issue Microsoft have reported it could affect any user intermittently

Users may also be unable to utilize some features that rely on Representational state transfer (REST) functionality. Users able to authenticate to Exchange may experience delays sending and receiving email Users may see problems with the Microsoft Teams service: Some examples of impact include: Problems with RSVP functions, some calendar functions, updating profile pictures, accessing presence and user profiles, accessing the assignments tab, searches, and updating mailbox settings Search: Users may be unable to use Search in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, Additionally, users may also experience impact while using some calendar functions, updating profile pictures, accessing the assignments tab, searches, and updating presence in Microsoft Teams.

    Impact is remediated for most users. However, Microsoft are continuing to perform traffic-management optimisation measures to ensure the service recovers for all users.

    After additional monitoring of the service health, we've confirmed it has maintained stable performance well within optimal thresholds. We've confirmed the issue is fully resolved for all affected users.
