This issue has been resolved at time. We have verified full restoration of service. If you are having an issue at this time please information Support via a Hub ticket. Root Cause: We had an RDS (AWS managed SQL Database) issue where transactions were not being processed from the IIS server. All of the connections were reset and traffic began passing as normal. We have opened a case with AWS to find out why this occurred and if we can take steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the outage.
