May 22nd 2019, 11:28 - 12:09 PM GMT+2 : Limited task distribution outage May 22nd 2019, 12:10 - 12:15 PM GMT+2 : Global task distribution outage May 22nd 2019, 12:15 - 12:26 PM GMT+2 : Limited task distribution outage May 22nd 2019, 11:28 - 12:55 PM GMT+2 : Duplicate chat contents and partial chat thread import May 22nd 2019, 11:27 - 12:55 PM GMT+2 : Slowdown on specific asynchronous processes During the incident a small portion of the customers (~10%) had their tasks not dispatched. From 12:10 to 12:15 the incident was global and no task dispatching happened. During the 11:27 - 12:55 period Dimelo Chat configuration was impacted and only imported a portion of the published conversation. This resulted in an overall decrease of incoming traffic but conversations that were imported were complete. There has also been a duplication of the received chat messages that were imported up to six times resulting in duplicated content.
