It seems Facebook Messenger is suffering a wide outage on its api. Contents are properly received in ED but outgoing messages are currently queued on our side as the API refuses them. Once FB fixes the problem, messages should be delivered. For more information on FB resolution https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/733783060776081/
