Facebook Page/Messenger/Instagram connectivity issue on shard 1
RingCentral Engage Digital experienced a minor incident on March 2, 2021 affecting Messenger synchronization and Facebook page synchronization and 1 more component, lasting 17m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

For some reason some FB host refuses (timeout) connections from some servers of Engage Digital (shard1). We are investigating solutions to mitigate around that. Messages are not lost but will be delayed until we fix connectivity with FB api. Shard 2 customers are not impacted.

We are forcing some facebook api servers that are properly working, system is dequeuing, we are monitoring the situation
