    Some customers may be experiencing problems importing survey responses. The cause of the incident has been identified, we are actively working on a fix to correct this issue as soon as possible.

    The delayed surveyed responses have been imported. End user facing surveys were functionals during that time, only import of responses in Engage Digital was delayed. Only one of the two survey account that can be setup in Engage Digital was impacted. We are working with our supplier in order to avoid those delays to happen again in the future.
