RingCentral Engage Digital experienced a minor incident on June 19, 2019 affecting Facebook page synchronization, lasting 41m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Some Facebook page connectors stopped importing content in Dimelo Digital / RingCentral Engage Digital since 3am GMT+2. If you are impacted, you'll see a red triangle next to your Facebook source(s) in Admin > Sources. Our R&D team is trying to pin down the root cause of this issue.

Good news! The issue has been identified and fixed by our technical team. The contents are synchronizing again since 10:15am GMT+2. There is a bug on Facebook API and our techteam has reported it to Facebook here: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/305922510315522/ Until Facebook fixes this bug, our techteam has found a workaround and all the impacted sources are now synchronizing again. We're sorry for the disruption.
