Resi Media incident
Some On-demand (i.e. non-live) Web Events are not viewable in Control
Resi Media experienced a major incident on June 27, 2021 affecting Admin Portal (Studio), lasting 1h 20m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Our team is currently investigating an issue where some Web Events are viewable while live, but the Event may become un-viewable once the event completes. This does not impact live Web Events, or Social Media destinations.

We have identified and resolved the issue for all new Web Events. If your on-demand Web Event was impacted, it can be corrected by trimming the Web Event which will create a working copy of the impacted Event. To correct impacted Events via trimming: 1. Navigate to "Watch" page of the impacted Web Event in Control. 2. Press "Trim Event". 3. Select "Beginning of the Event" and "End of the Event" to capture the entire Event, and ensure that "Set trimmed Web Event as Active" is checked so that end users will see the corrected Event. 4. Press "Create Event". Again, this only impacts some on-demand Events when viewing after the fact, and all live events and Social Media destinations were not impacted.
