We are currently investigating an issue with some iOS devices not loading content on embedded players. We discovered that a change was deployed to Cloudflare, our Content Delivery Network, to improve stream URL analytics which caused a caching issue when a large number of mobile devices were viewing the embed codes. Due to this change, a query parameter was appended multiple times and eventually created an invalid URL that mobile devices were unable to access.

A fix has been implemented for some iOS Devices not loading content on embedded players. We are monitoring to confirm the issue is resolved.
