    We have discovered that customer networks which are configured to use Cloudflare’s DNS service (1.1.1.1) may experience issues streaming due to Cloudflare DNS issues resolving Google’s Cloud Storage nameservers. If you are using Cloudflare for DNS, please change your DNS to use a DNS address provided by your local ISP or a non-Cloudflare DNS like Google’s 8.8.8.8.

    We continue to recommend for our customers using Cloudflare for DNS, to please change your DNS to use a DNS address provided by your local ISP or a non-Cloudflare DNS like Google’s 8.8.8.8.
