Unfortunately, we were experiencing an elevated level of API errors and infrastructure problems with servers from our provider. This outage affected three of our products - Reservio Mobile App, the Booking Website, and the API. To prevent this from happening again in the future, we took precautions and steps such as better monitoring and alerting system, to ensure a stable workflow of the products. We are apologizing for any caused inconveniences.
