    Reputation.com identified and resolved an issue that prevented some users from taking surveys using our Survey product. This issue impacted users for our customers running in the North America data center. All systems are now operational and functioning as expected as of Wednesday, June 26th 2019, 3pm Pacific Time. The issue was due to a very large spike of traffic caused by an internal service to a core component. We are working on implementing the necessary updates to prevent similar incidents in the future.
