We have identified and are working on resolving an issue with our Insight Dashboard service. All customers can access their Insight Dashboards, however, data has not been refreshed since February 13th 5 pm EST. We're working hard to resolve this issue with our BI vendor. We continue to have issues with our Insight Dashboard service. However, all customers now have live data in their Insights Dashboards through February 14th, and partially loaded data from today (February 15th). We are continuing to work to fully resolve this issue with our BI vendor, and anticipate having another update by tomorrow morning EST. This issue remains a top priority for our team. We continue to have issues with lagging data in our Insight Dashboard service. However, all customers have live data available in their Insights Dashboards through today (February 16th) at 12 AM EST. This issue remains a top priority for our team, and we will keep providing updates as we continue to work with our BI vendor to fully resolve any lagging issues.
