We have identified an issue with the calculation of ‘Pause Time’ for some Representatives using the iOS application. The issue impacts teams using the ‘Pause’ functionality in the Time & Mileage report. We have resolved the issue in the latest version of the application and will ask users to update to this version (5.21.24). If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].
