We have identified and are currently working on an issue with our Mobile service that preventing mobile users from logging into a mobile application. All mobile users who were logged in while the incident happened are not able to synchronize the data but working safely in "Offline" mode. Once when the service becomes available, all the data will be synced, and there will be no data loss.
