    We have identified and are working on resolving an issue with adding new Representatives from the Web App. We're working hard to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Please try this feature later or reach out to [email protected] to request an update when this issue has been resolved. As a workaround, you can import new Representatives via these steps: https://knowledge.repsly.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402304402707-How-to-import-or-export-representatives

    This incident has been resolved. New Representative profiles can now be created without any issues.
