In a period between 6:49 PM UTC and 10:37 PM UTC AWS experienced a service outage that impacted Repsly's integrations. All inbound and outbound Integrations requests remained in queue until the service was available again. Once the issue was resolved, all of the queued requests were processed simultaneously, resulting in some duplicate requests; this means that some users may have received duplicated 'already completed' messages after their original confirmations. The Integrations team monitored and took action to ensure that any backlog was successfully processed and completed.
