We have identified and are currently working on an issue with our Mobile service that is preventing mobile users from logging into a mobile application. All mobile users who were logged in while the incident happened are not able to synchronize the data but are working safely in "Offline" mode. Once when the service becomes available, all the data will be synced, and there will be no data loss.

The issue has been identified, and a fix is being implemented. We are actively monitoring the situation because Mobile service is still not stable, and we are doing our best to stabilize it.
