    A security issue has been announced in PHP, the programming language that many web applications are built on, including Rentman. It affects websites and software worldwide, not only Rentman. Rentman has not been hacked, and your data is safe. We have found no signs that anyone has misused this issue on our systems. This update is a precaution. The fix becomes available today, 21 October 2026, at 16:00 CEST. We will install it as soon as it's released. Until the update is installed, you can't upload files in Rentman. Everything else works as usual. We'll post an update here as soon as uploading works again. If you have any questions, contact our support team.

    SSO enforcement is currently not working as expected. Workspaces with SSO enforcement enabled may experience login issues. Workaround: workspace admins can temporarily disable SSO enforcement. Logging in via SSO itself remains available. We are working on a fix and will post an update shortly.

    We're aware that some emails sent to Microsoft email addresses (Outlook, Hotmail, Live, and Microsoft 365 accounts) are currently having issues. This is caused by a temporary issue on Microsoft's mail servers and is affecting many services, not just ours. Our email system is working normally.

    We are investigating reports of problems with email delivery specifically to Outlook.

    We have identified the issue and are working with our service providers and microsoft to resolve the issue. We are also investigating longer term solutions that will take more time to implement.

    Delivery rates are improving. Emails are being delivered, but some delays to Microsoft inboxes may still occur. This is a widespread issue on Microsoft's side, many email senders across the internet are experiencing the same rate limiting since February 24th, as reported on Microsoft's own community forums. Microsoft is rate-limiting our sending IP, causing emails to Outlook, Hotmail, and Live inboxes to be temporarily delayed or bounced. What we've done so far: Deployed mitigations with our email provider to reduce sending volume through the affected IP Reduced duplicate failure notifications to customers Reached out to Microsoft to resolve the rate limit We continue to monitor closely and will provide further updates.

    The issue appears to be resolved on Microsoft's side. We no longer see rate limiting errors in our logs. We are currently reverting temporary mitigations we put in place, which may cause minor delivery delays in the short term. We will keep monitoring to ensure delivery remains stable.
