    Our engineers have identified and are continuing to work toward a resolution to the issue affecting Dashboard and device connectivity. We will continue to provide updates as we have them. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Our engineers have implemented a fix resolving the Dashboard and device connectivity outage. We are seeing service restoring and will continue to monitor for any further issues. If you continue to have trouble with the Dashboard or your Relay connecting to the network please open a support ticket for assistance.

    While we are no longer receiving reports of incidents related to Dashboard and device connectivity, there are new reports of issues with utilizing the calling functionality at this time. Our engineers are currently working on a fix and we will provide updates as we have them.

    At this time we have not observed nor have we received reports of reoccurrence of the issue. This issue status has been updated to resolved.
