    The operational issue at Nets between 22:40 and 00:13 has had two negative consequences: 1. Some successful authorizations made in the timespan cannot be captured. Nets returns a communication error. 2. The invoice handle used to make transactions is locked at Nets, so retries is not possible for the same invoice if a previous transactions was affected by the issue. We are working with on how to resolve these issues.

    Nets have acknowledged the issue and is working on a task to retrieve missing information allowing us to capture authorizations made in the timespan of the issue. Nets has informed us that all authorizations made in the timespan are affected. We are hoping that Nets will be able to retrieve data today.

    Nets have provided missing transaction information that allows us to complete settle of authorizations made in the duration of the incident. Settle attempts previously failing with a processing error should now be accepted.
