    We are investigating reports of users unable to access redshelf.com.

    We've identified the issue as a network degradation between hosting providers. We are deploying a workaround and will continue to update as we have more information.

    There is an ongoing issue with an upstream provider that we have routed around. We are still monitoring the issue to confirm that everything is operating normally.

    Our services have returned to normal, however the upstream issue that caused this problem is still being investigated and many other organizations are still affected. We will continue to closely monitor the situation with the upstream provider to prevent any further issues.
