We would like to inform our valued merchants that we experienced a technical issue affecting payment processing in Mexico with VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX cards. This incident commenced on Saturday, November 11th, at 18:35 (GMT-3) and was successfully resolved on Sunday, November 12th, at 21:00 (GMT-3). During this incident, payment processing was temporarily disrupted for our Mexican customers. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, and we sincerely apologize for any disruptions to your business operations. Our technical team promptly addressed the issue and worked diligently to restore normal payment processing services.
