Customers cannot add new payment methods on the VNC Connect portal
RealVNC experienced a minor incident on December 7, 2021 affecting Portal, lasting 23h 8m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are aware of an issue which is preventing customers adding payment methods to their account. We're working on resolving this.
