On 13 June 2023 at 2:48 p.m. EDT, AWS began experiencing errors and latencies with multiple AWS services in the US-EAST-1 Region, the region Realm is hosted in. AWS has identified the root cause and is working to resolve the issue. Realm users may experience intermittent login, loading or other issues until AWS fully resolves the underlying issues.
