    We are currently investigating reports of intermittent errors and degraded performance across some of our applications. This issue has been identified as stemming from resource availability constraints within the network of our primary cloud infrastructure provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS). This is a widespread issue affecting many services hosted on their platform. Our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation with AWS support to track their progress toward a resolution. We understand the importance of reliable service and sincerely apologize for any disruption this may be causing. We will provide further updates as they become available.

    We are currently experiencing an issue where the Campus Cloud Insight Page is not loading data for some schools in the US. This issue began around June 29, 2024. We have identified the root cause of the issue and applied a fix. However, it will take some time for the system to catch up with processing the historical data. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that data processing progresses as expected. We will provide updates on the progress and notify you once the issue is fully resolved.

    We have identified that the reported incident below was a false alarm. There was no actual outage. Our internal alert indicating "SSO down" was incorrect. We are modifying our alerts to ensure they accurately reflect the status of our services. We apologize for any confusion caused by this false alarm. --- Both the US and Canada production environments experienced down time with Single Sign On from 2024-06-26 03:59 AM to 2024-06-26 05:07 AM EDT. Unauthenticated users may have experienced difficulty signing in, already signed in users would be largely unaffected. We have resolved the issue and the affected service is back to normal operation.
