    Intermittent issue is caused by a degradation of a service at the infra provider. Work is in progress.

    We have implemented a workaround and RazerID services are stabilizing. We will continue to monitor the situation as degradation at our infra provider still persists.

    The team has implemented a workaround which restored RazerID login. The service will be under monitoring while the infra provider restores the underlying root cause.
