We are investigating a DDoS attack targeted towards the Fiber14 shared hosting server (one of our shared hosting servers in LA). We will update this status incident once additional information is available. UPDATE: We have successfully mitigated the DDoS attack on the Fiber14 shared hosting server by implementing external DDoS protection services. The server has been rerouted through additional protection layers and is now back online. All hosted websites are accessible and operating normally. We will continue to monitor the situation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience during the resolution period.

Our monitoring systems have detected a hardware issue affecting node DUB100KVM (one of our KVM VPS nodes in Dublin), which will require physical intervention to resolve. Preliminary analysis suggests hardware-related complications, and we're working with the remote hands team to troubleshoot this. For customers affected by this incident who require immediate access to a working service, we are offering the option to request instance recreation on a different node (we have plenty of other host nodes available in Dublin). This can be done by opening a support ticket and simply asking to be recreated. We understand the impact this may have on our customers' operations and are working diligently to provide solutions. We are actively monitoring this situation and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available. UPDATE: This has been resolved.
