Qwilr Outage History

A fix has been implemented and custom domains are working for all customers.

Published Qwilr Pages have been restored

The issue has been resolved. SSO logins are working as expected.

Certificates used for HTTPS on Custom Domains may not have been correctly registered for customers using this feature. Visitors to those pages may have received a security warning in their browser.

During scheduled maintenance, some users may have received “comment resolved” email notifications. These were sent in error — no comments were resolved, and no data was modified. This was not a security incident. The root cause has been identified and we are updating the system to prevent this occurring again. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Mar 4, 10:38 AEDT Resolved - A fix has been deployed and resolved the issue for custom-domains. Mar 4, 10:25 AEDT Identified - The issue has been identified with an authentication provider and we are implementing a fix. Mar 4, 10:22 AEDT Investigating - We are currently investigating a partial outage for those using our custom-domain feature.

Some pages were degraded after an upstream authentication provider for Qwilr Public Pages experienced an outage. During this time access to some custom domain pages was not available.

Dec 5, 20:23 AEDT Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Dec 5, 20:12 AEDT Monitoring - We are experiencing a full outage on pages.qwilr.com. We have identified that the issues is caused by our external DNS provider and we are monitoring.

Services are restored and pages on Custom Domains are accessible.

Cloudflare, a network and security service provider to Qwilr, experienced intermittent failures for some of their services. This had a flow on effect that degraded some of the Qwilr Platform.

The cause has been identified, and a fix deployed.
