During this window, affected users may have encountered difficulties accessing Qlik Cloud. **Root Cause:** The cause was due to a network component that temporarily became unable to process traffic due to insufficient allocation of resources. **Resolution and Remediation:** Qlik Engineering and Operations teams promptly identified the issue and implemented a solution, successfully restoring services.
